What Signet does not claim.
Signet runs no models and rents no machines.
There is no inference gateway behind this site and no sandbox fleet. Nothing here meters tokens or vCPU-seconds, because nothing here executes your work. Signet stamps and checks; it does not compute.
Nothing is anchored on chain.
Every receipt carries anchor: null, and it means what it says. Publishing a run head on 4663 needs a funded key, and no key funds it. Until one does, a chain of receipts shows internal consistency and carries no public timestamp at all.
A receipt is a filing, not a judgement.
It records that a digest existed in this shape at this moment and that one key vouched for it. Whether the work behind it was any good is not a question a receipt can answer, and we will not print an answer we do not have.
There is no enclave and no attestation.
Signet makes no confidential-computing claim of any kind, and nothing here runs inside protected hardware. Anyone selling you a privacy tier backed by silicon you cannot inspect is selling you something this project deliberately does not have.
Nobody runs a node for us.
There is no register of nodes, no sign-up, no payouts and nobody earning. A host serves these pages the way a host serves any pages, and its logs record that you asked for one; past that, no machine outside this project does any work for Signet. The word Network in the name is a brand, and this line exists so it cannot be read as a claim.
Privacy here is structural.
The page hashes your content in your browser and posts only the digest. Read the requests in your network panel and you will find a block height and nothing else. That beats any sentence we could write about retention.
A contract signature is weaker than it looks.
When a smart-contract wallet signs, the verifier asks the chain whether the contract accepts it. That answer needs the network, cannot be repeated offline, and the contract can change its mind later. The result labels this case rather than hiding it behind the same green tick.
We do not measure uptime.
Signet does not run the node it reads from, so any availability figure here would be someone else's number with our logo on it. The block height on every page is a live read, and a live read is the only availability claim this site makes.
